This very talented duo offer love songs from the age-old classics and anthems, to current pop, rock and country. If you do not see the song you want on their sample listing, just ask, there is no extra charge for musical arrangement.
Your Music
Some ceremony sites and officiates may have strict guidelines about which music can -- and can’t -- be played during a ceremony (the interlude). Take this into account during your planning.
Is there a resident organist who will expect to play at pre-arranged times.
Your Venue
Most importantly, does the venue have a piano. If not, Lucas can provide a keyboard as long as there is a power supply, whether indoors or out.
Both The Matthews House and Preston Country Club in Cary have beautiful pianos and are ideal venues for a cocktail hour as your guests arrive.

Terminology
Prelude
While guests find their seats, start the ceremony with a light, pleasant prelude featuring music that will build the anticipation of the bride’s arrival, max 20 minutes.
Processional
The processional accompanies the entry of the extended wedding party, family, bridal party, and bride. The same song can be used throughout, but consider changing to another song when the bride enters to add drama and highlight her entrance.
Interlude (Ceremonial)
Many couples choose to add interludes or songs played during significant moments such as the unity candle lighting or the ketubah signing. Maximum song length, 3 minutes.
Recessional
Played at the conclusion of the ceremony, as the new bride and groom make their exit. The music is traditionally bright and lively as a reflection of their joy.
Postlude
You might also want to include a postlude, which is a selection played while guests exit the ceremony. Usually around 10 minutes.
